They provide a high-level oversight for an Noble House, guiding our strategic direction and ensuring accountability of management for achieving its mission and objectives. They are responsible for key decisions like hiring the Executive Director, setting strategy, managing finances, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance, working primarily through regular meetings and specialized committees. The board acts as a bridge between the Noble House and its stakeholders, upholding the organization's long-term health and fulfilling its duties to those stakeholders through Christian Values.
