Meet our Executive Board Members 

My name is Lyndsay Patterson. I came to the board in September 2025. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Josh, and we have 4 wonderful children and son in law. Our house is always busy and when you add 3 dogs and a cat to the mix there is never a dull moment. I work at Black and Ramer Insurance and attend church at First Christian in Kendallville. God has worked miracles in my life and is creating a beautiful tapestry out of my flaws and blessings. I Iook forward to serving Noble House Ministries and watching growth happen.

My name is Sarah Martinez, I joined the board in December 2025 and am honored to serve an organization that is committed to strengthening our community and supporting families.

For more than 20 years, I have been married to my husband, Hector, and together we are raising our two wonderful children, Kyana and Lennox. Our home is also shared with three dogs, chickens, and goats, keeping life full and active.

Professionally, I serve as a Loan Officer at Three Rivers Credit Union. Before transitioning into banking, I spent nine years as an elementary school teacher, where I developed a passion for helping children and families succeed.

I attend New Life Apostolic Church, where I serve in the children's ministry. Through my own family's experiences, I have seen firsthand how trauma and addiction can impact individuals and those who love them. Those experiences have strengthened my belief in the importance of compassion, connection, and community support.

As a board member, my desire is to serve, invest in my community, and help create opportunities for hope, healing, and lasting positive change for families.

My name is Stacy Bell I joined the board in June of 2025. 

My name is Deanna Rodenbeck, and I am the financial services coordinator with the WBCL Radio Network. I joined the NHMI board in December of 2020. I married my high school sweetheart Bret, and we have four amazing adult children, a wonderful son-in-law, and two beautiful grandsons. I have volunteered and worked in the non-profit area for 22 years and I bring a vast variety of skills to NHMI. I hold tight to the values derived from my Christian faith. I have a passion for the people, and I show my love for others in a personal and empathetic sense. I also communicate that in a practical, purpose driven sense. I hope to be the kind of person you can turn to in time of need for support and guidance with compassion and effectiveness for bringing change and a brighter future. I feel very blessed to be able to share my gifts and talents with Noble House Ministries.

My name is John Dixon, and I am the Chief of Police and 28 year veteran of the Kendallville Police Department.  I joined the board in November of 2025. I’m married to my wonderful wife, Jenell and we have to amazing sons and have two precious grandchildren.  I am also the Chairperson with Drug Free Noble County . I work with a group of amazing board members, working to make Noble County a better place.  I’ve seen firsthand the struggles that families and children face, when things go wrong.  I’ve also seen what happens when everyone works together, to make a difference.  I hope to bring my positive attitude and knowledge to this great organization.
